Configuration - Webhooks
Webhooks allow you to consume data in real-time from the receeve platform and funnel it into an external application. This process can allow other use cases within your organization to happen, such as:
- Storing in a data warehouse for your risk team
- Triggering a payment reconciliation ahead of the PSP sending the settled cash
- Enabling other customer support teams with data about what happened with customers.
Webhooks are categorized by event, such as when a payment succeeds or fails, or when an SMS is clicked or bounced. Each event’s data in receeve can be consumed through webhooks to the destination you prefer. Other implementations can also be applicable.
Setup
In the main menu, click Configurations. Then, choose Webhooks.
To setup the data consumption:
- Select an event
- Then, input the destination
- Click Subscribe
