Send an Internal Email to an Internal Team
Send internal communications from the receeve platform
Sending internal emails will allow you to communicate with your teams, for example, when you can't reach a customer for some reason.
These emails are a different you would send to your customers, so you'll have to design them accordingly.
The process to send an internal email as follows:

Once your internal email template is ready, you'll need to set up a reaction that will trigger the sending of this specific email. For example:
Whenever an email delivery to your customer (debtor) fails, the system will:
- Send an internal email to those in your team involved (Send Client email)
- Send your customer an SMS (Send debtor SMS)
This reaction allows you to inform internal teams about an email that bounced and also to make sure that you can reach your customer using a different communication channel.
