Strategy Builder - How to edit your Strategy

The Strategy Builder helps plan the path that a claim takes once it has become overdue. In the Strategy Builder you have the chance to create various strategies that make up the journey as a whole. These strategies are made up of steps. You shouldn't have to work in a big, unsightly tree, where it is easy to loose focus of the task at hand. This is why we have broken the entire journey into paths.
