Safety & good practices
The AI Landing Page Editor is designed to be a safe, focused assistant for building landing pages. This page explains the guardrails that protect you, and how to get the best results.
What the assistant will and won't do
- Stays on topic. It helps with the page you have open — explaining and editing it. It declines requests unrelated to building landing pages.
- Only touches the page you're editing. If you ask it to change something that isn't on the current page, it tells you instead of making an unexpected change.
- Protects live data. It keeps the placeholders your page depends on, and names any it had to remove — a dropped placeholder means the debtor sees a blank where their name or balance should be.
- Never invents a destination. Links and image sources come from you or from your account's catalogue, never from guesswork.
- Never saves on its own. Every change is a preview on the canvas until you click Save and exit (see Saving your changes).
Getting the best results
- Be specific about location. Say "under the intro" or "above the footer" so the assistant places changes where you mean.
- Say what you want, not how to do it. "Make the payment section stand out" works as well as naming a colour.
- Name the exact wording when it matters. If copy must be exact — a legal line, a regulated disclosure — dictate it and the assistant uses it verbatim.
- Review before saving. Always look over the changes on the canvas — the assistant is a powerful helper, but you stay in control of what gets saved.
tip
Think of the assistant as a fast, knowledgeable pair of hands. You describe the intent and review the result; it does the clicking.
